Important Update for current policyholders of Direct Business Insurance (DBI)

We are the broker who purchased the business/assets and brand of Risk Alliance Direct Ltd (RAD) trading also as Direct Business Insurance and replaces RAD as your broker.

• Customer files have transferred to RAS
• The same staff/team who manage your insurance are now employed by RAS
• All policies arranged by RAD continue to expiry and all valid claims will be honoured
• RAS (Direct Business Insurance Services) provides continuity of service as an independent insurance broker, authorised and regulated by the FCA

For transparency, we've been trading for over 5 years and 20 years as RAD, and you can independently verify our details on Companies House and our FCA authorisation on the FCA Financial Services Register.

Your renewal terms that we offer are based on the information we currently hold on file. Please contact us if anything has changed (insured interest, sums insured, changes to the risk etc).
